It is an association of all organizations working with in MUKONO DISRICT in Uganda-EastAfrica.The purpose of the community is to give Non-governmental organizations a voice in the planning of activities and programs for their communities.
An abandoned child is currently languishing in misery at the Makeni Government hospital without care and support from his parents, child welfare organizations and the Ministry of Social Welfare Gender and Children's Affairs.
