It is an association of all organizations working with in MUKONO DISRICT in Uganda-EastAfrica.The purpose of the community is to give Non-governmental organizations a voice in the planning of activities and programs for their communities.

Fatmata Kamara, an 8-year old girl, has reportedly been beaten to coma by her uncle, Mohamed Boe Kamara. The teenage girl is said to have suffered serious injuries in the process.
