Is there a chance that we might see another June 16 in the future?

In 1976 students fought and died for the right to a decent education for the poor. Let the education struggle continue in Khayelitsha. Tumbs up for the student of Chris Hani High school what you did was so powerful and to show the Minister of Education that we are sick and tired of false promises in South Africa. What ever they did was right and the government should also understand them and intervene to their situation. June exams are very important to us. When I wrote a letter to Minister of Education in South Africa Mrs Naledi Pandor, she says that she cannot respond directly therefore she’s going to forward my letter to the MEC of education in Western Cape. And later on that day I got a fax from Mr. Cameroon Dugmore who says that I should respect the strike because it’s legal. Students of South Africa wake up and pay your attention to your dream. Let us not allow people on top to play with our minds. We are the youth of South Africa and also we are the leaders of today not tomorrow. They youth of 1976 made amazing sacrifice s in the struggle against apartheid education and for equal education. However some of the demands are not fully met. There are still many learners out there who are not within the school system. Many of them do not see the point of going to school when the future jobs are not there.

Youth of South Africa let’s wake up and fight for our human rights, Lets stand up and be united and show the minister of Education that we are sick and tired of false promises. Let’s demand the free education for all whether you are in primary school, high school, collage or tertiary level. Because many of our brothers and sister who’ve taken the student loan are deep in debt and face joblessness. They can’t find jobs once they find job they have to pay the loan for the rest of their lives. It is not good to see young people and
Old roaming the street doing nothing. Let us fight and die for the decent education for the poor. Even if we have to be arrested for fighting our education let it be. We must realize we cannot win if we are not united to fight this struggle. As a person who’ve been through struggle of getting a better education for all people in South Africans. Our next struggle is to fight for a free education in University. Those who are ready to fight let them fight for us. Those who want to respond to this story and who have a comment on this story, they can email me at this emailyouthtvshow@gmail.com

I wrote this article last year when the Teachers in South Africa went on Strike.
